Domesticated animals are commonly victims of circumstance and end up in dire straits either homeless or in high-kill shelters.  Having lived a life of abuse, mistreatment and/or abandonment these animals face euthanasia without being given a fair chance at life - 2.4 million in fact.  That's about one cat or dog every 13 seconds in the U.S. alone.

Fur & Feather Animal Sanctuary's goal is to protect the health and safety of animals by providing charitable assistance in our no-kill shelter for all animals.  The team is currently working to build the first fully solar powered 65 acre no-kill sanctuary in California to be the overflow for the city and county shelters, while assisting traditional rescues with medical and a foster program.
