Eighteen years ago, Project Coyote was founded on a simple but radical idea. That wild carnivores deserve to exist on their own terms, and that coexistence, not conflict, is the only way forward.

Since then, we've challenged laws, exposed cruel kill

As kids head back to the classroom this fall, Project Coyote is celebrating the next generation of wildlife advocates with "The Future Is Wild." This is a limited back-to-school apparel collection featuring a Project Coyote original illustration of young coyotes rendered in warm, hand-drawn detail.

This design is a tribute to our Keeping It Wild: Youth Education program, which brings science-based curricula on coyotes, wolves, foxes, and other wild carnivores into K-8 classrooms nationwide. These modules foster empathy, curiosity, and compassionate coexistence in young minds. Every shirt sold helps fund Project Coyote’s work to protect wild carnivores across North America. 

"The Future is Wild" is a wearable reminder that protecting wild carnivores starts with educating the kids who will inherit this planet.
