Giant breed dogs including Great Danes, Great Pyrenees, Newfoundlands, Saint Bernards, Mastiffs, Irish Wolfhounds and Scottish Deerhounds, among others, often end up homeless or in shelters due to negative circumstances and/or irresponsible owners. Their chances of being adopted are slimmer than other dogs due to their large stature and they may need more time to find their forever homes.

Big Dogs Huge Paws was founded on the core philosophy that every "BIG" dog deserves a chance. BDHP rescues giant breed dogs and, through an established network of veterinarians, animal behaviorists and volunteer fosters, ensures that they receive the highest level of care, food and training while taking the time to make sure they are placed in a loving forever home.
